Lobster Bisque

Our gourmet soups are made from scratch in Boston, MA. A fall and winter favorite. Thaw and simmer.

Microwave: Cut across the top of the pouch. Pour into a microwave-safe dish. Heat on high for 3 minutes and stir; heat for an additional 3 minutes.
Stovetop: Place the unopened pouch in boiling water. Heat for 10-12 minutes. Carefully remove the pouch, snip the corner, and pour it into the serving dish.
Shelf life: one year frozen
