  • For all methods: Remove frozen kabobs from the protective pouch. Place in a shallow pan tray. Cooking times may vary. The internal temperature must reach 160 degrees to be fully cooked.

    Grill or Broil: Cover and grill kabobs 4 to 6 inches from medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes, turning 2 or 3 times until chicken is no longer pink.

    Microwave: Microwave on high for 4 to 6 minutes.

    Saute: Cover over a medium flame, and sauté for 4 to 6 minutes per side.
